PROCEDURES

Customer requests a quotation.

Customer accepts the quotation.

Temperature Engineering issues a Pro Forma invoice and provides customer with banking details on the invoice.

Customer processes payment and provides Temperature Engineering with proof thereof.

Temperature Engineering orders the stock from the factory.
-
Goods are shipped to customer address in Africa.
Please note that we do not carry stock on our premises, we purely represent all factory manufacturers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
- Payment for work done and equipment sold and delivered is due on delivery of the invoice to the client.
- The invoice constitutes prima facie proof that the work done has been executed properly and that the equipment listed therein are in good working order and condition and has been properly installed.
- All equipment sold to the client, remain the property of TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING until receipt of payment to TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING.
- If payment is not made hereof, TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING is entitled to remove all equipment.
- Interest at the maximum legal rate will be charged on overdue accounts. The customer will be liable for costs of an attorney and own client basis – including collection commission at 15% (FIFTEEN PERCENT) – in case of late or non-payment.
- TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING is not liable for any consequential damage in respect of work done for equipment installed.
- The warranties in respect of any equipment are limited to the relevant manufacturers’ warranties.
- The customer has inspected the work done and the equipment delivered and installed and is satisfied therewith.
- On completion of installation/delivery of goods, I bind myself responsible & indebted to TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING for the amount shown on this quotation/invoice.
- On completion of installation/delivery of goods, I bind myself responsible & indebted to TEMPERATURE ENGINEERING cc for the amount shown on this quotation.
