The QUASAR range is especially prepared for the most difficult working conditions. They are virtually unaffected by lime (scale) in hard water areas due to the absence of a pump and spray nozzles. No water filter is required.

The Eutectic block freezer is predominantly used in the ice cream industry to freeze cold bricks to -28° for ice cream distribution. Blocks to be frozen are placed on a loose aluminum slip-sheet on closely spaced refrigerated stainless steel shelves within the cabinet of the freezer. The close proximity of the refrigerated surfaces to the top and bottom surfaces of the block ensures rapid freezing. The freezer is used to freeze a full load of blocks that are easily removed by sliding out the aluminum sheet. This freezer has proved to be invaluable in Vaccine distribution systems where water filled ice packs are packed with the vaccines in insulated containers.
